Mounts on the bottom of the spare tire carrier.

NOTE: Bolt# 2849B attaches to this clamp bracket. The bottom lug of your spare tire rim then mounts onto this bolt.
This is used with the rim carrier outer clamp, part# 2849D and rim bolt nut part# 2848B.
(It is the bracket only and does not include the outer clamp, bolt or nut.)
