I've a problem with the exhaust nutg always coming loose. My questions is there any thing (gasket, bushing, donut) that goes in between the exhaust pipe and the manifold? Is it just a metal to metal connection?
 It is just a metal to metal connection. Sometimes it also helps to retighten the nut when it is hot.
