Coil box rebuilding kit, Quality hardwood and hardware

This excellent coil box rebuilding kit uses high quality hardwood pieces. Because they is made of solid hardwood instead of cheaper plywood it uses no glue and has less problems when wet.

Includes:

• Wood set, hardwood, two piece with all the correct grooves and holes pre-drilled
• Contact set, made to exact Ford drawing out of original bronze. provides excellent spring action to maintain contact better than the old copper repro sets.
• Porcelains, 10 piece set
• Rivet set, mounts the bottom bronze contact, stainless steel pop rivets
• Terminal bolt set, 10 piece. Special carriage bolts that hold contact pieces and wires to the back of the coil box. Copper plated steel as original.
• Terminal insulating washer set
• Terminal jam nut set, 20 piece (2 steel nuts per bolt as original)
• Coil box wood mounting screws. Set of 7 screws used to mount the coil box wood kits to the metal coil box and the back wood to the bottom wood.

NOTE: 1922-1925 coil boxes also use a metal support strap which prevents coil box from bowing outward. If yours is missing order part# 5002STP.
