2-1/2" cover that screws on top of Rim Washer, (reducer nut), part# RW3. (not included)

NOTE: The following is the hardware that is also used on metal stem tubes to hold the stem in place. BW3 - Bridge washer and LN3 - Lock nut (Not included).
