Additional Information

Made of solid cast brass, excellent duplicate of original. Has the original encircled M engraved on fastener. Drilled and countersunk for brass mounting screws, part# 43006MSB.

*These are the most common style murphy fastener used on Model T's.

It attaches to the body and top bows. The side curtains then clip onto these. These positive locking, turn button style, fasteners will never open accidentally. Each fastener is assembled with a spring mechanism that holds the fastener under tension in the desired position until turned and released by hand.

Double height for two layer of material. (To attach one layer of material use part# MUR1.)
The eyelet that attaches to these is part number MUR-E.

NOTE: This is not the hollow, stamped brass style fastener sold by for less money.
